What Google’s answer SHOULD be when you type that question into the search bar is: Go to HonestDoor.com.

That’s because we publish last sold / transactional data on all properties - residential and commercial - whether they sold via the MLS or not (i.e. private transactions, like homes given to family members).

Users kept asking us about recently sold data - in their neighbourhood, in a neighbourhood that they want to move to, and, generally, to get a sense of real estate movers and shakers. So, we created a way for users to see sales in neighbourhoods.

1. Go to our Recently Sold page.

2. Search for your city or neighbourhood.

3. Start exploring.

Remember, we’ve got both commercial and residential properties on HonestDoor.com so an easy way to quickly check the type of property is to look at the Zoning. The tool tips (colour question-marks) will provide more information on the type of property.
